Lovely hotel just outside the business of patong, clean and given water on arrival. Seven eleven opposite.

The hotel is good, clean big rooms . No coffee in the room or breakfast on premises. Its located on a Main Street with a 7-11 right across the street. 15 enjoyable walk to the beach.

Large comfortable bed in a good sized room with excellent internet. Great value for money.

The staff were very friendly and offered help when needed. They provided extra pillows and an iron upon request.
